Overall Outlook For Friday Jun 16 2017

Friday looks like it may be better than Thursday for stocks. There will be weakness on Friday, but I am expecting a positive or certainly very near positive close.

All numbers are still pointing to further weakness and we probably will see further dips here and there, however the heavy selling is drying up which points to the market as probably getting ready for a rebound rally. A rally on Friday is a very distinct possibility.
We will see weakness on Friday in the NASDAQ, but as we will see on the S&P, stocks will recover and probably trade positive or near positive by the close on Friday.

Honeywell Stock (HON)

Honeywell stock has been in an uptrend since October of 2016 when it was trading around $105. The stock is continuing to move higher and has been at or above the Middle Bollinger Band since April 21. The technical indicators are continuing to point to further upside for the stock. Relative Strength Index (RSI) is continuing to rise. The Fast Stochastic has an up signal still in place. Momentum remains positive and very steady.

I plan to sell 10 put contracts at the $130 put strike for $1.00 and buy the $110 put strike for 10 cents or less....
