Người cao niên California từ 70 trở lên phải thi lại bằng lái

SACRAMENTO, California (NV) – Các tài xế ở California từ 70 tuổi trở lên phải đối diện với những yêu cầu đặc biệt khi gia hạn hoặc xin bằng lái xe, KTVU Fox 2 ghi nhận.

Các tài xế cao niên phải trực tiếp gia hạn bằng lái xe trừ khi Sở Quản Lý Xe Cơ Giới DMV có chỉ dẫn khác. Họ phải trải qua bài kiểm tra thị lực và vượt qua bài kiểm tra trắc nghiệm về kiến thức.

Nếu tài xế cao niên không vượt qua bài kiểm tra viết, bằng lái xe của họ có thể được gia hạn thêm 30 ngày trừ khi họ thi lại rồi đậu phần kiểm tra sớm hơn.

Thieves in Los Angeles pulled off one of the largest cash heists in city history over the weekend, stealing as much as $30m from a money storage facility on Easter Sunday.

The break-in unfolded at an unnamed facility in the Sylmar area of the San Fernando Valley that handles and stores cash from businesses across the region. Burglars were able to enter without immediate detection and breached a safe, said Elaine Morales, a Los Angeles police department commander, to the Los Angeles Times.

Unnamed officials told ABC7 that thieves entered the facility through the roof and did not set off any alarms, and then somehow entered the area where money is stored.
