Ăn nhiều rau/quả thì tốt-tốt cho đủ mọi thứ: health/enviroment/mind zen/world peace...etc...
Nhưng cũng đừng quên lâu lâu phải xen một lần ăn thịt để balancing cái cơ thể của "flesh & bone".
Người ta bảo: "You are what you eat"*.
Nếu chỉ ăn tuyền rau mà không ăn dậm thịt (or seafood) thì nhất định human sẽ evolve thành xì-trum-no/xì-trum-na hết.
Thế giới xì-trum rất "fun", but becoming one of its citizen is totally a different fairy tale. I really don't want to be one, do you?:)
