Làm thịt con chó cắn mình, một ông ở Phú Thọ bị bác sĩ ‘chê’ vì bệnh dại

PHÚ THỌ, Việt Nam (NV) – Một người đàn ông, 30 tuổi, không rõ danh tính ở tỉnh Phú Thọ, được người nhà đưa đến bệnh viện Bệnh Nhiệt Đới Trung Ương ở Hà Nội, với những dấu hiệu điển hình của bệnh dại.

Theo báo Zing hôm 29 Tháng Mười Hai, vào khoảng ba, bốn tháng trước, ông này bị một con chó cắn. Sau đó, ông ta đánh chết con chó và làm thịt ăn mà không đi chích ngừa bệnh dại.

Hai ngày trước khi vào bệnh viện, người đàn ông này xuất hiện triệu chứng mệt mỏi, kích thích, sợ nước, sợ gió lạnh, không tắm, đau mỏi đầu và hai vai. Khi đó, ông ta đi khám ở một phòng khám tư nhưng không đỡ.

Tại bệnh viện Bệnh Nhiệt Đới Trung Ương, kết quả xét nghiệm cho thấy ông ta dương tính với virus dại.

Không lâu sau khi được chuyển vào Khoa Cấp Cứu, bệnh nhân có biểu hiện hốt hoảng, kích thích, sợ nước, sợ gió và các triệu chứng càng lúc càng tăng dần.

Sau khi bác sĩ đánh giá bệnh nhân có tiên lượng xấu, gia đình đã xin đem ông này về nhà.

Trong một vụ khác, bản tin của báo Zing hồi trung tuần Tháng Mười cho hay một người đàn ông 50 tuổi, không rõ danh tính, ở huyện Mê Linh, Hà Nội, chết do bệnh dại. Trong vòng hai tháng trước đó, người này từng giết chó cùng một số người họ hàng.

Hai con chó trước khi bị làm thịt đều khỏe mạnh, được nuôi hơn năm tháng nhưng không được chích ngừa. Người đàn ông cũng chưa chích ngừa vaccine dại hoặc huyết thanh kháng dại.

Trước khi chết, người đàn ông có triệu chứng đau đầu, sốt, mệt mỏi, sợ nước, sợ gió, sợ ánh sáng kèm cảm giác khó thở.

Ông này được người nhà đưa vào bệnh viện Đa Khoa Mê Linh khám và được xác nhận dương tính với cúm B. Trong lúc điều trị, bệnh nhân có triệu chứng bị kích thích, nói nhảm và không hợp tác với bác sĩ.

Sau khi lần lượt được chuyển đến bệnh viện Bạch Mai và Trung Tâm Bệnh Nhiệt Đới, bệnh tình của ông này diễn biến nặng, vật vã, nôn khan nhiều, tim loạn nhịp, co thắt khi uống nước.

Cũng theo báo Zing, bác sĩ khuyến cáo khi bị chó, mèo cắn, người dân nên chủ động đi chích dự phòng đối với bệnh dại. Việc này giúp tránh trường hợp người bị chó cắn nên phải chích huyết thanh kháng dại – sản phẩm được sản xuất từ huyết thanh ngựa nên dễ có phản ứng dị loài. (N.H.K) [qd]

Fry the drained banana skins in a hot, lightly oiled frying pan for three minutes on each side, until blistered and deep golden brown, and serve immediately.

Kyodo Senpaku, whose vessels led Japan’s whaling fleet during its controversial expeditions to the Southern Ocean, opened its first kujira (whale meat) “stores” at two locations in Tokyo this month after a successful trial late last year.

The machines sell a variety of whale meat products, including canned items containing meat imported from Iceland, bacon, steaks and red meat that can be eaten raw as sashimi. Prices range from 1,000 (£6) to 3,000 yen.

Miki Yamanaka, a Tokyo woman, said meat she had bought from the machines had proved a hit with members of her family.
“My father ate tatsuta-age [fried whale meat] with a nostalgic look on his face, and my eldest son in high school is a fan of whale steak cooked with soy sauce,” Yamanaka, 43, told the Yomiuri Shimbun newspaper at Kyodo Senpaku’s store in the capital’s south-eastern suburbs.

Every year, Kyodo Senpaku provides about 100 tonnes of whale meat to schools for use in children’s lunches.
