Cuba vừa phát hiện một đường dây buôn người Cuba sang làm lính cho Nga trên chiến trường Ukraine -- Bộ Ngoại giao Cuba cho biết hôm 4/9, và nói thêm rằng chính quyền đang nỗ lực “vô hiệu hóa và triệt phá” mạng lưới này, theo Reuters.

Tuyên bố của Bộ Ngoại giao Cuba đưa ra ít chi tiết nhưng lưu ý rằng đường dây buôn người đang hoạt động ở cả Nga lẫn Cuba, quốc đảo Caribe cách Moscow hàng ngàn dặm.

“Bộ Nội vụ... đang nỗ lực vô hiệu hóa và triệt phá mạng lưới buôn người hoạt động từ Nga nhằm thuê dụng các công dân Cuba sống ở đó, và thậm chí một số người từ Cuba, làm lính cho Nga trên chiến trường Ukraine”, tuyên bố của chính phủ Cuba nói.
